Entry Requirements

Wellbeing & Lifestyle Management CPG Entry Requirements – Grandparenting Phase (2019-2025)

Fellow

Competency

  • Highest level of knowledge and competence in WLM
  • Registered chiropractor
  • 10 years minimum of clinical experience

Education & CPD

  • Certification with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM)
  • Completed WLM CPG’s “Essentials” course and passed the written and practical exams1
  • 25 hours of WLM CPD in past 12 months.
  • Completion of the ‘How to write a Case History Report’ webinar hosted by Henry Pollard/AICE2
  • Completion of a mentoring program provided by WLM Fellows1

Memberships

  • Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) Fellow + Full member

Publications

  • Minimum 2 peer-reviewed publications

Titled Member

Competency

  • 5 years minimum of clinical experience

Education & CPD

  • Certification with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine
  • Completed WLM CPG’s “Essentials” course and passed the written and practical exams1
  • 25 hours of WLM CPD in past 12-months –Download a Template to record your CPD and/or other learning/teaching activities;
  • Completion of the ‘How to write a Case History Report’ webinar hosted by Henry Pollard/AICE2
  • Option to pursue AICE WLM Fellowship pathway

1 The WLM Essentials course and Mentoring program will be offered by the AICE WLM CPG Committee in early 2022. 

2 Not required if you are the first author of a published peer-reviewed case study (any health-related discipline) in the last 5 years.

***Grandparenting phase has been extended up to 2025. Higher standards will apply for all membership levels after the grandparenting phase.
