Join the Women in Chiropractic (WIC) community for a transformative day of learning, connection, and inspiration. The seminar features keynote speaker Dr Nicole Bijlsma on the “Impacts of Environmental Exposures on Musculoskeletal Disorders”, followed by insights from Dr Genevieve Keating on “Chiropractic Care for Kids” and Dr Katherine Moss on “Chiropractic Care for Older Adults”.
After lunch we’ll wrap up with an open forum discussion, “Navigating the Path: Women in Chiropractic”, exploring gender-based challenges, confidence-building, work-life balance, and creating a supportive community.
The day concludes with a social gathering where you can relax, connect, and celebrate the vibrant community of women in chiropractic.

- Dr Genevieve Keating
- Biography
Dr Genevieve Keating, an internationally recognised chiropractor and educator, has dedicated over 35 years to exploring human development, with a special focus on the health of babies and children. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic), a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and a PhD in Early Childhood Development, she teaches paediatric chiropractic and neurology programs globally. As Chair of the College of Chiropractic Paediatrics and Assistant Professor at the Carrick Institute, Dr Keating remains deeply committed to supporting healthy development in families through gentle, tailored chiropractic care, inspired by the children and families she works with.

- Dr Katherine Moss
- Biography
Dr Katherine Moss has 30 years' experience as a chiropractor, and practices in Brighton, Victoria. Katie has a longstanding interest in older adults, and built her knowledge in this area through her Master of Public Health in Healthy Ageing.
Katie is currently a Master of Research candidate at CQU, where her research explores older adults' experience of chiropractic care for disabling low back pain.

- Dr Nicole Bijlsma
- Biography
Dr Nicole Bijlsma (PhD, ND, BHScAc(HONS)) is the bestselling author (Healthy Home Healthy Family), founder of the Healthy Home (Building Biology) movement in Australia and established the Australian College of Environmental Studies to educate people about the health hazards in the built environment.
Nicole has lectured at tertiary institutions for 30 years, has published in peer reviewed journals, is regularly consulted by the media about environmental health issues and her research explored the impact of environmental exposures on human health and their ramifications for clinical practice.
