Exercise & Parkinsons Disease – A Whole Body Approach Webinar
25 March @ 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm AEDT
Free - $99.00

This webinar explores the role of exercise as a core therapeutic intervention in the management of Parkinson’s disease, with a specific focus on how exercise physiology and chiropractic care can work together to optimise patient outcomes.
Tara will outline practical exercise prescription principles shown to be effective in Parkinson’s disease, including aerobic training, resistance exercise, balance and gait retraining, and amplitude-based movement strategies. These concepts will be framed alongside the role of chiropractic care.
Concluding with a collaborative care framework, demonstrating how chiropractors can integrate timely referral to exercise physiology to enhance treatment durability, support long-term function, and reduce falls and disability in people living with Parkinson’s disease.
