With rapid growth in our practice we are looking for a motivated practitioner looking for a “change up” to a practice to increase their practice growth and skillset. Most associate roles aren’t what they promise and we ensure we deliver on what we promise.
Marketing system is set so you only have to focus on chiropractic care.
Training and onboarding system to ensure ongoing development and growth.
The successful applicant would:
- Salary role starting from $110k-180k plus bonuses.
- Expected to do no external marketing and still have 10-15 new clients per week (more initially to build)
- Solely focus on providing great care and practice growth
- Be supported by a team of 3 other chiropractors and a team of 10
- Well trained staff and great culture (specialise support team)
- Be able to structure a great lifestyle whilst making serious impact and income
