General Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering, entrants acknowledge and consent to their video statement, first name, and/or submitted content being published on the ACA’s website and/or social media channels, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, and made accessible to the general public without any reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

  2. This promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be selected at random, and chance plays the sole role in determining the outcome.

  6. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify entries or participants who interfere with or undermine the fairness of the competition, including through tampering, use of automated entries, acting in a disruptive manner, or engaging in abusive or harassing conduct.

  7. If for any reason the competition is unable to proceed as planned—including due to tampering, technical issues, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control—the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or invalidate affected entries.
