This open hands-on workshop is open to 4th and 5th year students as well as early graduates to refine and individualise their palpation and adjusting skills.
The Diversified and Peripheral techniques utilised at Macquarie University can be adapted to suit your own individual body structures.
This session aims to teach you how to find that ‘sweet spot’ so that you can gain confidence and strengthen your psychomotor patterns to ultimately create consistent and effective HLVA adjusting.

- Biography
Dr Philip is a former Sessional Academic Lecturer and Tutor at Macquarie University from 2011 to 2021 in Second Year Peripheral Technique and Final Year Clinical Chiropractic.
He is regarded for his direct yet engaging delivery teaching style, yet he can ensure everyone finishes each of his sessions learning something from a different perspective.
Recently, Dr Philip received the 2025 ACA’s Chiropractic Community Award for contributions to both the Local and Chiropractic communities.
