A panel of local chiropractors will discuss all things Aged Care including, adjusting and examining senior clients, proprioception and balance and my aged care.
Each speaker will provide their perspectives and techniques and then we will open this up to a roundtable discussion across all attendees.

- Dr Gabrielle Miles
- Biography
In 2014 Gabrielle began studying a 5-year double degree in Health Science and Applied Science Chiropractic at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Victoria. She was excited to learn more about the human body, taking subjects such as microbiology, advanced anatomy, neuroscience, pathology, human physiology, and biomechanics.
Gabby, was born and raised in this beautiful region and after 13 years away she is thrilled to be back home, caring for her Northern Rivers community and its many visitors.
Her professional development continues to grow every day and with every person, as each individual presents with their specific health journey and goals.

- Dr Margaret Tay
- Biography
Margaret graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2001, after a five year double degree including a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Science in Chiropractic. Prior to graduation, Margaret did her final year internship in Bali, Indonesia.
Margaret and her husband Chen, took over Discover Chiropractic Ballina in April 2002.
Margaret has a particular interest in spinal rehabilitation, using the technique Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). Margaret is a certified Level 2 ScoliBalance provider with advanced certification. She is dedicated to long term care and improved outcomes of her scoliosis patients.
Other techniques that Margaret has studied include Sacro Occipital Technique, Gonstead technique, Diversified, Impulse Instrument, and Cranial adjusting.

- Dr Michael Wenban
- Biography
Michael’s Chiropractic journey began at age 13 when he received his first Chiropractic adjustment. This adjustment made quite an impression and since that time a career was set in motion. The science studied at school soon became more interesting for Michael once he realised that this held the key to becoming a Chiropractor. His love of outdoor activity and the health required to enjoy this has built a strong connection to the idea of optimal health.
In 1989 Michael completed his first University degree in Anatomy at the University of NSW. He then went on to finish his second degree in Chiropractic at Philip Institute of Technology in 1992.
Since 1992 Michael has practiced Chiropractic for four years in Scotland, one year in Melbourne, five years in London and Ballina since 2002. These diverse clinical experiences have allowed Michael to develop a broad range of Chiropractic skills over these 27 years of delivering quality healthcare, 17 of those years in Ballina.

- Biography
Vesna is the founder of The Hub Chiro, where her mission is simple: to help people of all ages live healthier, more balanced lives through natural Chiropractic care. With over 20 years in the Chiropractic field, Vesna brings a wealth of experience, deep-rooted passion, and a unique whole-body approach to wellness.
Her journey began in 1996 as a Chiropractic Assistant in Sydney, where she was first introduced to the transformative power of Chiropractic. Inspired by how much it could help people—and how few truly understood its benefits—she pursued formal study, earning both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University.
Vesna has since expanded her expertise with further study in Nutrition, Sports Chiropractic, Paediatrics, and Animal Biomechanical Medicine. Whether it's helping a newborn, a busy parent, an elite athlete, or even a four-legged friend, her care is rooted in the belief that every body—human or animal—has the capacity to heal and thrive when given the right support.
