Join us for an evening presentation at Universal Chiropractic in Chifley where Dr Kathy Knight will provide a presentation and lead discussion on “chiropractic care for better pregnancy and birthing outcomes” followed by a bite to eat at the café next door aptly named A Bite to Eat.
The presentation will include a brief overview of typical presentations during pregnancy, chiropractic techniques and approaches for better pregnancy outcomes and considerations for addressing physical and emotional concerns. One of Kathy’s most recent pregnancy clients will share her own personal experience of chiropractic support before and during her pregnancy and a local midwife will also share her experiences.

- Biography
Kathy is a certified International Chiropractic Paediatric Association ICPA practitioner, accredited in the Webster Technique and holds a Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics.
Kathy is passionate about empowering women by providing chiropractic care during pregnancy with the goal of facilitating better birth outcomes. In addition to her qualifications, Kathy has supported hundreds of women in Canberra through various stages of pregnancy in her more than 15 years of private practice.
