Emily will cover, Musculoskeletal (MSK) pain mechanisms that are affected by diet, what do adults in Australia eat, and how does this compare to health recommendations? Evidence-based dietary recommendations to support general healthy eating and basic nutrition recommendations for MSK pain. she will also look at controversial diets: low-carbohydrate diets and intermittent fasting, resources that chiropractors can promote in practice and referral pathways for access to dietitians.
