This interactive session, led by licensed agent, safety expert and volunteer ambulance officer, Dione Chan, will equip you with the awareness and everyday tools to stay safe, calm, and in control – without compromising your professionalism or presence.
Learn how to trust your gut, set boundaries confidently, and respond to uncomfortable or unsafe situations before they escalate. Whether it’s handling inappropriate advances, protecting your space, or working late hours, this session is about making your wellbeing a non-negotiable part of your professional practice.

Dione Chan is a frontline safety professional, licensed security agent, and Director of ICP Group Australia. With firsthand experience across security and first response Dione has provided personal security for high-profile clients including former Prime Minister Julia Gillard, and serves as a volunteer Ambulance Officer, bringing a rare depth of calm, capability and composure to high-pressure environments.
She gained global attention after being featured in a viral video while working security for Drake, a moment that showcased the power of controlled presence in real time.
Today, Dione uses her experience to empower women - especially students and young professionals, with practical tools to build confidence, stay safe, and navigate risk with self-awareness and control.
