- Dr Amy Norman
- Biography
Dr Amy Norman completed both her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. She holds a Certificate in Musculoskeletal Acupuncture from the Australian College of Education and has undertaken further study in Chiropractic Neuro-Rehabilitation through the Carrick Institute of Postgraduate Studies.
In 2017, Amy was one of only seven Australians to sit the American Chiropractic Neurology Board Exams and is now a board-certified Diplomate (D.A.C.N.B). She is also a qualified Aquanatal Instructor, enabling her to safely support pregnancy and postnatal exercise in the water.
Amy has a special interest in pregnancy care, paediatric care, and supporting young families.

- Ms Donna Lohmeyer
- Biography
Donna Lohmeyer is a registered nurse and midwife and completed her BSc Honors in Midwifery at Kings College London. She has been a midwife for almost 30 years and has a special interest in safe and appropriate exercise during pregnancy. This interest led her to complete various instructor certifications in fitness and pilates. Combining all this together Donna founded Sydney Aquanatal® and has been running Aquanatal® classes in Sydney for over 17 years.
She is passionate about the benefits of water-based exercise and encouraging women to be active during pregnancy and beyond. Donna has also completed post graduate studies into Child & Family Health, and Diabetes Education and Management, and she currently works as a research midwife at a Sydney Hospital.
