- Dr Alison Young
- Biography
Dr Ali Young is a Chiropractor, speaker, and mentor to female chiropractors across Australia, and the founder of The Disruption Society.
With over 23 years in practice, Ali has built and led high-performing family practices, completed her Masters in Paediatric Chiropractic, and dedicated her career to supporting women in chiropractic to create practices that are both successful and sustainable.
After experiencing burnout herself as a business owner and mother, Ali shifted her work toward helping chiropractors move from chaos to calm, using a powerful blend of nervous system awareness, strategy, and leadership.
She is also the author of Work Mama Life, host of the Work Mama Life podcast, and current Chair of Women in Chiropractic for the Australian Chiropractors Association.

- Dr Olivia Gleeson
- Biography
Dr Olivia Gleeson is passionate about child development, neuroplasticity and supporting families to express their best health. Her practice Nervana chiropractic is in Palmyra Western Australia has a focus on paediatrics, pregnancy and family health.
She has presented at chiropractic conferences, maternity hospitals, community health nurse conferences, dental conference, playgroups and schools.
Olivia has a love of learning and with 24 years of experience and numerous post graduate studies including a 2 year diplomate in chiropractic neurodevelopmental paediatrics she is always excited to share her knowledge and connect with colleagues. She has mentored many associates and student chiropractors over her career

- Dr Taylor Vagg
- Biography
Dr Taylor Vagg has been caring for her community for more than 22 years and still lights up every time a new family member comes in for their first check-up. She’s built strong connections with other health professionals, creating a trusted circle that supports kids from their very first days through to their teenage years.
Taylor loves mentoring younger chiropractors in the art (and heart!) of family practice — from town key processes and intentional adjusting to genuine, rapport based communication. A lifelong learner, she completed a two-year paediatric chiropractic to complement her extensive knowledge in pediatric and family chiropractic care. Dr Taylor has served the profession nationally through the CAA (now ACA) Board and AICE Paediatric Committee.
