Are You Ready For Renewal?

Ahpra Renewal

With 30 November around the corner, now is the time to begin thinking about whether or not you’re completely prepared for your Ahpra registration renewal.

New Ahpra Portal

This year, Ahpra introduced a new online portal as a one-stop shop for practitioners looking to renew and manage their registration. The portal boasts several features to make it easier for you to manage your registration. These include:

  • A personalised dashboard
  • Access to a new, quicker, and easier renewal application
  • Access to new forms to help manage your registration and download registration certificates
  • Improved security through multifactor authentication

Practitioners are advised that to complete their registration renewal, they will need to migrate their Ahpra account into the portal. It is recommended you do this sooner rather than later.

In order to complete this process seamlessly, you must ensure you have the following information on hand when you start:

  • Your Ahpra username and password
  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • An Apple or Android phone to download the Google Authenticator app
  • Your password for your Apple or Google account

More information on Ahpra’s new online portal and how to navigate it can be found at ahpra.gov.au/Support/Ahpra-portal-help-centre.
