POTS in Practice Webinar
17 September @ 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm AEST
Free - $99.00

Join AICE Chiropractic Paediatrics for their upcoming webinar titled ‘POTS in Practice: Recognising, Referring, and Supporting Children with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome’ presented by Dr Janine Kinahan.
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is an increasingly recognised form of dysautonomia, particularly in adolescent girls. This webinar will provide chiropractors with practical tools for recognising POTS in the clinic, including common presenting symptoms, history-taking tips, and simple in-office tests to aid in referral and diagnosis.
Janine will explore common co-existing conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), and anxiety, which may complicate the clinical picture. The webinar will also review current medical treatments, physiotherapy approaches, and the role of nutritional support.
As chiropractors, we often work closely with the nervous system.
This presentation will discuss how we can support these clients within our scope of practice through hands-on care, nervous system regulation strategies, and collaborative care. Special attention will be given to approaches that consider vagal tone and autonomic balance to help improve quality of life and function in children and teens with POTS.
Registrations close Wednesday 17 September 2025 at 7:30pm AEST.
