Connect and Learn – Women’s Health – Adelaide

Join us for our next Connect and Learn event in Adelaide.

The topic for the evening is The Missing Link: Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Pain and Performance in Chiropractic Care, presented by Tory Toogood, pelvic health Physiotherapist.

Pelvic floor dysfunction affects millions of people but often goes unrecognised in musculoskeletal practice. This session will explore why chiropractors should consider the pelvic floor when managing patients with low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, hip dysfunction, persistent pain and movement disorders. Drawing on emerging evidence in pelvic health, neurology and rehabilitation, attendees will gain practical insights into recognising potential pelvic floor involvement and facilitating appropriate management and referral.

The evening will be hosted by Linda Smith, ACA Head of Policy, and there will be plenty of opportunity to connect with colleagues while enjoying food and refreshments throughout the evening.
