The presentation will also explore emerging research on creatine and brain health, including cognition, memory and concussion, with practical takeaways to help clinicians provide appropriate recommendations to patients and athletes.

- Dr Haresh Patel
- Biography
Dr Haresh Patel is a Titled Sports & Exercise Chiropractor (AICE 2025) and currently practices in Brisbane in a multidisciplinary clinic. Haresh graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic (NZCC) in 2018 and holds postgraduate qualifications in professional practice, sports chiropractic, corrective exercise and concussion management.
Haresh has worked with high level athletes across a range of sports including ice hockey, soccer, cricket, rugby, golf and martial arts. Has presented and published on concussion and chiropractic care, with one case study receiving a New Zealand Chiropractic Association Research Award. Haresh has also served as President of Sports Chiropractic New Zealand (SCNZ) and is currently completing a Master of Human Nutrition, with a strong interest in sports nutrition, rehabilitation, performance and evidence-informed clinical practice.
