The topic for the evening will be Lessons from Litigation: Real Cases, Real Insight catch up with local colleagues, and meet ACA Regional Manager, Cheryl Jendrachowski.
Join us for an engaging and practical session examining litigation cases from the past two years and the valuable lessons they offer for everyday practice.
Through a series of real case reviews, attendees will explore where things went wrong, how issues could have been prevented, and the key risk management strategies that support better patient outcomes.
With a strong focus on patient management and clinical decision-making, this session is an excellent opportunity to reflect on your practice, sharpen your skills, and prepare for the year ahead.

- Biography
Dr John Kelly is a 1978 graduate and past Principal of the Sydney College of Chiropractic.
After graduating, he lectured for 25 years in the subjects of Neurology, Chiropractic Philosophy and Practice Management and he has been in continuous private practice for over 45 years and has also given postgraduate lectures throughout that period.
Over the last 41yrs, he has been a consultant on over 448 medico-legal matters and has lectured extensively throughout Australia and in New Zealand, principally in the areas of risk management and neurological assessment.
In 2022 he became a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors. He continues to work in the areas of undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, medico-legal peer reviewing and provides education, mentoring and auditing sessions for chiropractors subject conditional registration.
