Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator at Luminous Body.

We are a holistic and integrative chiropractic practice with expertise in chiropractic techniques, applied kinesiology, neuro-emotional technique and functional biochemistry. We have a long-standing reputation in the local community (inner west, Sydney) and are looking for someone who loves people, loves chiro and is interested in alternative health and wellness.

The role involves:

  • greeting patients
  • managing bookings
  • phone/email communication
  • handling payments
  • practitioner support
  • maintaining clinic flow
  • light cleaning/resetting spaces
  • social media/admin support (if applicable)
  • stock/supplement management
  • creating a calm welcoming atmosphere

You will need:

  • previous reception/admin experience preferred
  • experience in healthcare/wellness advantageous
  • confidence with booking software
  • basic computer literacy
