Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly, energetic team. This position is based in Carlton North - Min 2 shifts per week with scope for more hours if desired. Casual or part-time, depending on the best fit for your circumstances.
The successful applicant will be highly organised, neatly presented, mature and with a bright, caring nature and excellent communication skills.
The daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, booking patients and calendar management, answering e-mails and phone calls, taking payments and health fund with complete accuracy, follow procedures, scheduling appointments, recalling patients, welcoming patients and managing day to day operations of the clinic.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask under pressure without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
$30-$35 + Super. Must be available for early morning/late.
