Join us for a ‘Connect and Learn’ with Dr Brett Dellar.
The topic for the morning will be Leadership Under Pressure: Building Stronger Clinic Culture. Catch up with local colleagues, and meet ACA Regional Manager, Joanne Servaas.
When pressure rises in a clinic, leadership is tested. In those moments, do we respond with clarity, consistency, and integrity, or do we revert to old patterns and reactive behaviours?
This session explores how pressure impacts leadership, communication, and culture within a chiropractic clinic. Drawing on over 18 years as a clinic owner, experience in high-pressure environments as a former police officer, and years of developing leaders through workshops and programs, Brett will unpack what actually happens under pressure and how it influences team dynamics, decision-making, and performance. Attendees will gain practical insights into recognising these patterns, avoiding common leadership pitfalls, and creating a more consistent, supportive, and high-performing clinic environment.
It’s going to be a perfect morning of knowledge and networking.
Time: 11:00am to 2:00pm
Location: Mandurah Country Club, 16 Marsh Place, Mandurah, WA
