Mentorship & Mastery – Women’s Health- Sydney
4 September @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm AEST

Come learn about the 5th vital sign: the menstrual cycle.
This session walks through what a normal cycle actually looks like — the hormonal shifts driving it month to month, and what changes are worth flagging versus what’s within normal range.
From there we cover period pain: the four drivers behind dysmenorrhoea, and why “painful” isn’t the same as “normal.” You’ll leave with hands-on palpation skills for the pelvis and uterus, plus practical tips and tricks for bringing this into client conversations. Periods are normal. Pain is not.
Time: 6:00pm to 9:30pm
Venue: The Ranch Hotel – 108 Herring Rd, North Ryde, NSW
