Member Survey Terms and Conditions

Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA) located at Level 1, 75 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.
  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to all current members of the Australian Chiropractors Association. Members must be in good standing with the ACA at the time of the draw to be eligible. Employees and immediate family members of the ACA are not eligible to enter.
  3. Entry Period
    The competition commences at 9:00 am (AEDT) on Monday, 28 October 2024, and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Monday, 18 November 2024.
  4. Prize
    The prize is one Stressless Mayfair Classic Chair (L) with Footstool in Paloma Dark Henna/Black base, valued at $4,584. There is one prize available.
  5. Entry Method
    All eligible ACA members will automatically be entered into the draw. No purchase or additional action is required.
  6. Draw Details
    The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place at the ACA office, Level 1, 75 George Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, on Friday, 22 November 2024, at 12:00 pm (AEDT).
  7. Notification of Winner
    The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be published on the ACA website and in The Australian Chiropractor magazine.
  8. Prize Delivery
    The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within Australia at no cost to the winner. Delivery will occur within 28 days of the winner confirming their delivery details. The ACA is not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service.
  9. Prize Conditions
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize (or any part of it) is unavailable, the ACA reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  10. Liability
    The ACA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  11. Privacy
    By participating in this competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition, including the publication of their name on the ACA website and other ACA publications.
  12. Disqualification
    The ACA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it believes that the entrant has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or if there is any breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. Modification and Termination
    The ACA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
  14. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
