Running Gait Retraining Webinar
11 November @ 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm AEDT
Free - $99.00

Running-related lower limb injuries such as patellofemoral pain are commonly linked to altered biomechanics — but can gait retraining improve the biomechanics or potentially reduce the risk of injury?
Adam will unpack the biomechanical rationale behind gait retraining, walk through the study design, and open the floor to discuss the clinical and practical implications for practitioners — including how this research might inform injury prevention strategies for the athletes you work with.
Time: 8:30pm to 9:30pm AEDT
